Coordinated Family Weekend programming that served 800+ families through online registration, on site check-in, and other program logistics in collaboration with campus partners such as dinning, parent programs, multicultural affairs, athletics, etc.

 

Developed and analyzed budgets ranging from $4,000 – $200,000.

 

Facilitate three search processes to fill vacant positions in orientation, leadership development and student activities. 

 

Create weekend programs in collaboration with faculty in the Center for Leadership Education and community members in the city for a winter break intersession program whose purpose is to engage students in the Baltimore community.

 

Manage the recruitment and training of the orientation core student staff team through electronic marketing and communication, interviews and planning and implementation of training curriculum.

Create institutional memory for departmental programs such as a graduations and mentoring program by gathering 3+ years of information into a central location for use by current and future staff.

 

Facilitated seminars that improved students’ knowledge around social and ethnic identities.

 

Institute and advise an initiative that aims to provide a safe and supportive space for men of color in their personal and academic development.

 

Developed office brochure for marketing to reach student population of 4000 or more.
