A LITTLE ABOUT CLIFTON:

A first generational college graduate raised on the east coast attending a total of 13 different schools in 5 states and the District of Columbia spending most years in New Jersey. Currently living and working in Baltimore, Maryland.
Divisionally recognized student affairs professional with 5 years of experience supporting leaders’ growth with an emphasis on collaboration through advisement, leadership development, diversity advocacy and professional development at private, public and liberal arts institutions and people of diverse backgrounds in higher education.

Completed an Associate of Arts & Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Cumberland County College and Ramapo College of New Jersey respectively. Recently attained a Master of Arts through the department of Organization and Leadership studying Higher and Postsecondary Education at Teachers College, Columbia University. Enjoys working closely with students and colleagues to better collaborate to support and challenge each other. Highly passionate about working with underrepresented students and students from underpriveledge backgrounds.
Research interests include college access, black male achievement, college educational quality, college student success, male college student success, mentoring, and organizational development.
An advocate of education with a rich experience as well as a positive reputation of inspiring others to excel in academic, social and developmental activities. Recognized by colleagues for attention to detail in program implementation and development, ability to adapt and technological application.
